He hired and trained all staff: General Manager, Director of Golf, Head Professional, Business Manager, Food and Beverage Manager, and Course Superintendent. In addition to providing operations management and consulting for golf facilities throughout Texas and Florida, Lee has prepared market analysis, feasibility studies and business plans for several major golf projects in the Southwest, including Twin Creeks Golf Club in Allen, Texas, and The Golf Club of Tennessee in Nashville.  From course design to course operation and management, Lee’s comprehensive background and personal attention to even the smallest details has made him an invaluable member of the Carefree Hospitality team. He earned a B.B.A. in Business Management from Sam Houston State University and completed post-graduate work in Golf Course Architecture at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design and PGA Business Schools I & II. ...return to page one
